Parkview Health and Rehabilitation Center Continues Deficiency-Free Status
Liberty Health and Rehab is proud to share that Parkview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina continues to maintain its Deficiency-Free State Survey status, first earned in 2024 from the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR).
Although the state did not conduct a survey in 2025, the community achieved another Deficiency‑Free result in their January 2026 survey—building on their Deficiency‑Free status from 2024. This streak reflects Parkview Health and Rehabilitation Center’s unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.
